Our standard delivery timelines are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delays may occur due to weather or courier issues.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link and tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can use the link to check your shipment status anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
- Toyvio does not offer direct refunds in most cases.
- We provide Store Credit for approved returns.
- Refunds to original payment mode are approved only in rare valid situations after admin verification.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
- Please take a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel and contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Without an unboxing video, we cannot process any claim.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted only for:

- Wrong item delivered
- Missing parts
Return pickup will be arranged when possible; otherwise, you may need to courier the item back.
